How do I prepare my frozen meal?
Your meal is already cooked, so you just need to reheat it. Follow the instructions on its packaging for the correct method, temperature and time, including whether to heat from frozen or defrost first. Check that it is piping hot throughout before serving. Only use the container in an oven or microwave if the packaging says it is suitable.
How should I store my meals?
Put your meals in the freezer as soon as they arrive and follow the storage instructions and dates on the packaging. If your meal needs defrosting, thaw it in the fridge rather than on the kitchen counter. For advice about a specific meal, contact us before preparing it.
When and where do you deliver?
